Yes, as long as a product and or service is being sold it is legal. There are many programs available that offer affiliate compensation similar to this. If no product and or service is being sold it is an illegal pyramid...or Ponzi scheme.2. How will I be paid?

Currently we pay through PayPal and Payoneer. We are looking at other payment options and will be adding additional payment options in the future. If PayPal is not available to you we can arrange for a company check or USD cash. You may request your payout at any time you have at least $15.00 in your account by email at: [email protected]. Each time you make a deposit , there will be your account balance on the same email to confirm your deposit sent to you. (There is an extra charge for payments by company check or cash.)

3. How often will I be paid?

You may request your payout at any time that you have at least a $15.00 balance in your account by simply sending us an email at: [email protected].Be sure to include your PayPal or Payoneer address with your payout request.
We do a "rollup" every 2 weeks.
A rollup is when we calculate your earnings and post them.
_____________________________4. How much can I make every 2 weeks and is there a limit?

It depends on the amounts and number of deposits you have deposited every 2 weeks and how many new members join every 2 weeks. There are 4 sections in the affiliate matrix: $5 section, $10 section, $25 section and the $50 and higher section(s).The more you deposit, the higher in the affiliate matrix you go.We currently pay down 2000 levels.

Where can I see my earnings?You will receive your individual member's page when you join and when your account is updated with your earningsWe do a "roll up" every 2 weeks and your earnings can be found on the members page.A "roll up" is when we calculate your earnings from ALL the members under you.
___________________________6. How do I know that I can trust you or that you will keep my money and not send my leads or pay me from the commission pool?
That's a very good question...and one that you SHOULD ask with all the scams out there. We have been in the marketing and demographics business for over 20 years. We have NEVER missed a payout to our customers. Simply ask for your first deposit back back and we will send it right back to you with no questions asked..but, please remember, we are honest and trustworthy but we are not dumb. You may ask for a refund only on your first deposit.If we refund your money you will be banned from working with us again. No more getting free deposits and asking for a refund again. Yes, we track IP addresses.
_____________________________7. Can I use my commissions to make deposits orto buy more affiliate positions?Yes, just let us know before the end of the 2 week matrix period.A MAJOR benefit of using your earnings to make deposits and co-op investments is that there are NO PAYPAL FEES!
_____________________________________8. If this program is so good, why haven’t I heard of it before?We market to people who have recently given us their contact information. You probably filled out a form looking for leads or a business opportunity or saw one of our ads in the past few weeks so we didn’t receive your contact information until recently.

Is this like a MLM or Network Marketing program?Yes, in many respects it is BUT we have a “single line ladder”...in other words, there is only 1 person in each level (1 wide) and it goes 2000 levels deep.That means everyone who joins after you is under you. In other MLM programs each affiliate has their own ladder or matrix and YOU have to do ALL of the marketing. Ours has only 1 ladder/matrix and everyone who becomes an affiliate goes into the SAME affiliate commission ladder.

Will my affiliate commission increase every 2 weeks?**Usually; however, there could be a 2 week period where not enough new affiliates have joined us to cover an increase in every affiliates commission and a small profit for our company. In that case we will still payout ALL of the affiliate commissions for the deposits that month. We cannot guarantee that your affiliate commission will increase every 2 week matrix period.Although it has never happened, it is possible that we could have a slow period and affiliates at the lower end of the commission ladder don't make deposits that 2 week period. So it is possible that your affiliate commission could actually decrease. As we said above, we will ALWAYS payout ALL of the affiliate commissions for the affiliate matrix that 2 week period.We do encourage our affiliates to help market this program…but…as we mentioned above, if you decide to help market this program let us know in advance so we can help you with your content and marketing options.Just send us an email at [email protected]. We have some great ways for you to market this program for little to no cost..at no charge to you.As mentioned above, if you try to do it on your own you may make some mistakes that could lead to you being banned from our program.This program is copyrighted and can be used by permission only.
___________________________11. What happens to the money after I reach 2,000 levels?We divide it up among the TOP referrers, pay bonuses and advertise more.
___________________________________12. Do I have to pay income taxes on the affiliate commissions I receive?
While we cannot give you tax advice, in the US you are supposed to pay income taxes on your profits. We will send you the form 1099 ( independent contractor) right before tax season.**No guarantees can be made on the amount of money you will make.
